Roy's Sushi Thai and Grill

Food was good. Service was a little slow. We had to ask for utensils and napkins during our entree. We ended up eating our appetizers with our fingers. Everyone was friendly.

Nice, chill spot. Large menu, but I came for the sushi. Toro was great. A bit on the expensive side but overall a great experience.

We went to Roy's as it was my father in-laws birthday. He had eaten there before about 8 years ago then we moved out of the area. So I was cautious about coming back after such a long time. There was nothing to worry about - same great food- same great service. We all had Thai and it was exceptional; the prices are better than some Thai restaurants I have eaten at recently and the portions were very generous. We all felt we had received our moneys worth. I let the waiter know it was a birthday celebration and he brought a plate of Thai doughnuts to the table (no charge) with a lit candle. Also, I met Chef Roy the owner, he prepares the sushi; he thanked us for coming. I would rank Roy's as one of the top Thai restaurants in FL. We will be back.
